KINFAM HILMOCH
In 2004, PMC published the second volume of short stories, Kinfam Hilmoch (“Winged Dreams”), after a nationwide competition. It was distributed widely and dealt with major social and health issues.
The book followed the highly successful PMC book Yehiwot Tebitawoch (“Drops of Life”), and contributed to the Whole Society Strategy surrounding radio serial dramas Dhimbiba (“Getting the Best Out of Life”) and Yeken Kignit (“Looking Over One’s Daily Life”).
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
As part of Whole Society Strategies for important health and social messages, PMC has published a total of 10 books in Ethiopia and one book about the effectiveness of using books for social change. All of these books have been distributed to the libraries of government agencies, UN organizations, professional associations, schools, and other relevant organizations.
