Population Media Center-Ethiopia is an international non-governmental organization specialized in muti-media social behavior change (SBC) activities in the area of health and social issues.
Population Media Center-Ethiopia would like to develop short drama on the prevention of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) and Child Marriage. The short drama will serve as input for the radio talk show called Yalaleke Guzo (“Unfinished Journey”).
The organization would like to temporarily higher a qualified script writer for the short drama on the prevention of the above issues.
Job Description:
- Write 50 original, 7-minute scripts on child marriage and FGM that are suitable for talk show.
- Submit the draft scripts to PMC-Ethiopia.
- Hold discussion with the technical team if necessary.
- Incorporate comments given by the technical team.
- Submit the final version of the scripts within one months.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with these qualifications:
- Educational Background
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Work Experience on:
- At least five years of experienced in creative script writing
