Population Media Center (PMC) received the 2021/22 Hohe award
On September 05,2022 Ethiopian’s Hohe finals were announced at the grad ceremony that took place at AA municipal hall in the presence of high ranking officials , prominent artists, writers and other invited guests . From the different categories, PMC was awarded for its contributions in publishing wide range of books on social and development issues through creative writings to improve the lives of the Ethiopian people by combating negative social norms and promote reading habits in the society.
In the last 20 years PMC has produced 9 serial dramas and many talk show programs involving talented script writers and famous artists in the production process. In addition , PMC has published more that 20 books based on real life stories on wide range of social and developmental issues primarily to fight negative social norms in the society and encourage positive behaviors .
